Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website, purchasing any product, program, or service, or engaging with Celestara Collective in any way, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.

Purchases & Payment Terms

By purchasing any program, digital product, or online coaching service from Celestara Collective, whether directly or through a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or PayPal), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You are purchasing a digital product and/or online coaching services and agree to pay the full listed price at the time of purchase.

  • You are responsible for all payments in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • If you fail to complete payment as agreed, you will be responsible for any legal fees or expenses incurred by Celestara Collective to obtain full payment.

  • You are financially responsible for the full amount of the program you enter into a payment agreement for, regardless of whether you complete the program. Failure to fulfill your payment obligations may result in legal action and collections.

  • Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not redistribute, sell, broadcast, license, or otherwise transfer the content.

  • All digital content is protected by intellectual property laws, and unauthorized use constitutes a violation of these rights.

Acknowledgment of Participation in Coaching & Programs

By enrolling in any program, coaching, or digital service, you acknowledge that:

  • You are in good physical and mental health and capable of participating.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing conditions that may impact your ability to engage in the sessions.

  • You are responsible for your own well-being throughout participation. If at any point you experience discomfort or distress, it is your responsibility to communicate this and take necessary actions, including opting out of certain activities.

Disclaimer of Liability

Celestara Collective and its facilitators are not responsible for any injury, loss, or adverse outcome resulting from participation in our sessions, coaching, or digital programs. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pre-existing physical or mental conditions.

  • Unforeseen reactions or injuries during or after sessions.

  • Any impact on your physical, emotional, or financial state.

You acknowledge that results from coaching and programs are highly individual and depend on your commitment, actions, and personal circumstances. Celestara Collective does not guarantee specific outcomes or earnings.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided by Celestara Collective, including but not limited to written content, videos, trainings, templates, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of Celestara Collective. You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or repurpose materials without written permission.

  • Claim ownership of any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or program materials.

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate removal from programs without a refund and potential legal action.

Confidentiality & Community Agreements

To maintain the integrity and trust of Celestara Collective spaces:

  • Any discussions, shared materials, or insights exchanged within private coaching, programs, or mastermind groups are considered confidential.

  • You agree not to share, copy, or disclose other participants’ private information, experiences, or intellectual property.

  • Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

Waiver of Claims & Release of Liability

By engaging with Celestara Collective, you:

  • Waive any claims against Celestara Collective, its facilitators, or associated personnel for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.

  • Understand that participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

  • Acknowledge that any decisions made and actions taken as a result of the coaching or training are solely your responsibility.

Termination & Revocation of Access

Celestara Collective reserves the right to terminate your access to programs, services, or community spaces if you:

  • Engage in disruptive, harmful, or unethical behavior.

  • Violate any of the terms listed in this agreement.

  • Share proprietary content without authorization.

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Florida.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in and participating in our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you should not participate.
